Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how Vital Athletica handles the delivery of orders placed through vital-athletica.com. Vital Athletica is an Australian business.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the following five countries only: the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada and New Zealand. We do not ship to other countries at this time, and they will not be available at checkout.

Within those countries, we do not ship to the following remote destinations and territories:

United States: Alaska, Hawaii, US territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, American Samoa and the Northern Mariana Islands) and military APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We ship to the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C.
United Kingdom: the Channel Islands (Jersey and Guernsey), the Isle of Man and British Overseas Territories such as Gibraltar.
Australia: external territories, including Christmas Island, the Cocos (Keeling) Islands and Norfolk Island.
Canada: Yukon, the Northwest Territories and Nunavut. We ship to the 10 provinces.
New Zealand: the Chatham Islands, and the Cook Islands, Niue and Tokelau.

These destinations are not available at checkout. Deliveries to other remote or rural areas within the countries we ship to may take longer than usual.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping is free on all orders to the countries listed above. No shipping charge is added at checkout.

Processing time and delivery time

Order processing time and delivery (transit) time are separate:

Processing time is the time it takes us to prepare your order for dispatch after it has been placed.
Delivery time is the time it takes the carrier to deliver your order after it has been dispatched.

Where estimated delivery times are shown at checkout or in your order communications, they are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery times can be affected by factors outside our control, such as carrier delays, public holidays, weather and high-demand periods.

International orders, customs, duties and taxes

Orders shipped outside Australia may be subject to import VAT or GST, customs duties, or carrier handling fees set by the destination country or carrier. This applies in particular to orders delivered to the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada and New Zealand. Where we are required to collect these taxes at checkout, they will be shown before you pay. Otherwise, unless your checkout or order confirmation states otherwise, these charges are not included in your order total and are payable by you on delivery.

Orders may also be inspected or held by customs authorities, which can cause delays outside our control. Please check that the products you order can be lawfully imported into your country.

Delivery address

Please make sure your delivery address and contact details are accurate and complete when placing your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible at vitalathletica@gmail.com. We may not be able to change an order once it has been dispatched, and we are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Subscription orders

Subscribe & Save orders ship each month to the same address under the same free standard shipping terms, as long as your address is in an area we ship to (see Where we ship above).

Tracking

Where tracking is available for your shipment, tracking details will be provided after your order has been dispatched.

Delivery problems

If your order is significantly delayed, appears to be lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at vitalathletica@gmail.com and include your order number and a description of the issue. We will look into it and work with you and the carrier where appropriate.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other consumer laws that apply to you.
