5. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown on our website in the currency displayed at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted. Shipping charges, and any applicable taxes, will be shown at checkout. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may contact you or cancel the order, and we will refund any amount paid for that order. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering using the payment methods offered at checkout.

 

6. Order acceptance and cancellation

We may decline or cancel an order, in whole or in part, where permitted by law, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is a pricing or description error, if we cannot ship to your location, or if we suspect fraud or unauthorised activity. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled items. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at vitalathletica@gmail.com. We may not be able to cancel an order once it has been dispatched.

 

Subscribe & Save

  • Subscribe & Save delivers 1 bottle every month for US$29.99, with free standard shipping to the countries listed in our Shipping Policy.

  • Your payment method is charged automatically each month until you cancel.

  • You can cancel at any time by logging in to your account and going to My Subscriptions, or by emailing vitalathletica@gmail.com. Cancelling stops future orders. An order already created and charged before you cancel will still be shipped.

  • Subscription orders are covered by our Returns & Refunds Policy in the same way as one-time orders.

 

7. Shipping

Shipping is handled in accordance with our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are estimates only. International customers may be responsible for import duties, taxes and customs charges unless the checkout or order specifically states otherwise.

 

8. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these terms.

 

9. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty or other term or condition, implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. If you are located outside Australia, you may also have rights under the consumer laws of your country that cannot be excluded.
